    Delhi enforces a strict 'No PUC, No Fuel' rule from December 18, denying petrol, diesel, or CNG to vehicles without valid pollution certificates. This measure, part of GRAP Stage-IV, aims to combat severe air pollution. BS-III and BS-IV vehicles registered outside Delhi are banned, with enforcement bolstered by police and specialized vans.
